How We Got Started

I have been in Real Estate since 2005. Prior to that time, I owned and operated a wonderful and very successful Italian restaurant in Diamond Bar, Ca. called D'Antonio's for 21 years. However, the time had come to move on as the hard work and long hours became increasingly stressful. Going into real estate was a gamble as my expertise was food service. I t was a very good choice because I love working with people one on one. Helping to sell their home or assisting them in finding a new home is always a challenge, but a rewarding one at that! I primarily work the Murrieta/Temecula areas. I work with buyers and sellers. When I meet with clients for the first time, I listen to what they want and need. Taking that information and researching in order to find an ideal property that suits there desires is my number one goal. Hopefully, that is what I do.
Answering my phone personally is essential to me. people need to discuss issues and can only do that either in person or by phone.

I have had this happen many times. People are not serious when they do this. They are not respectful of how hard you are working either. Just forget those who don't respond and move on. I don't believe in discounting per say. Offer a gift card, a bottle of wine, something like that to get the client to meet with you. When you meet, you can entice them with a nice rebate from you when escrow closes. This way you are not actually discounting your brokerage fee. (more) I don't believe in discounting per say. First of all, show only homes that meet their criteria. That choice is made prior to any viewings, period. I usually send emails to my clients and have them choose the one's that interest them. Your wasting everyone's time otherwise.
