There's no such thing of a over insurance policy - You should always have policies in place including but not limited to errors and omissions and general liability -If someone trips your toolbox GL- but generally when someone wants to make frivolous claim I'm not going to use my insurance - I'm going to defend and then hit them with a counter lawsuit -
