Unfortunately  - Most of the realtors look for  blind inspector -  This is why your business is not created strictly on real estate agent business - It is our wish that the majority of real estate agents would wake up and understand that when deficiencies are left on the table / not in the inspection report /this leaves the real estate agents in a position of liability - remember when there are issues the roasted agents are always dragged into the situation - It is the nature of the business - In my experience  the most successful real estate agents welcome a thorough-honest report that provides direct delivery with open communication to the client -

I agree 100% with you. Unfortunately once in a while I get called for a second opinion and sometimes I see lots of tears and anger. If an inspector doesn’t make an honest report, just to get more referrals, he should be out of business, because he’s screwing with his client’s future. As an honest inspector, we lost lots of Realtors, but I don’t care, we work for private parties, engineer bureaus and lawyers. I lost my fate in Realtors.
