Be aware of anyone the wrights a letter - The third-party lab results are the facts - Keep in mind the lab is an processing center and not the third-party -  Just because someone performed a service such as mitigation doesn't mean the mold was removed -  - Be extremely cautious companies using enzyme - trading the mold for a enzyme which is a catalyst can be extremely compromising to your health - Never use a mold removal company that offers any testing - It's like someone, creating their own final exam then taking the test.
