I personally put Tenney's 4U land & Real Estate into an LLC because I maintain full control and do not have to file annual reports or pay cooperate fees each year. It is a protection in case of a law suite to protect your home and personal things with out the hassle of the C corp structure. I get my commission checks made out to J L Tenney because I went through the RE Dept to do business under the LLC as J L Tenney. I am not recommending anything to you just outlining what I do. I am not an attorney or personal representative.
