How We Got Started
Garris Real Estate & Associates was founded by one of the best in Real Estate, active broker Ron Garris has been around well over 20yrs. Shortly after serving time off shore an 15yrs of upper store management for the worlds largest retailer, his son Bobby Garris decided to join forces. Bobby has always liked the New York stock exchange as an active day trader an created a fun, but very productive idea as BullNations Home Investments inc. comes in effect. Bobby is known as the Bull, as his wife which is also a licensed Realtor named Jesmin aka the Bear and all clients be buyer or seller to even his investors, known as the wolves. Together this all brings his Wolfpack "WallStreet 2ur Street" and really strives to help one another that may be in a bind on losing there home, or to a bad inheritance that may not be affordable. He also is a general contractor which is known as the OneStopShop in all of real estate!

I would say FaceBook & Likee app are my top 2 with them stopping their scroll to see my ad. I like all apps and all for different purposes, so as long as your active then your back pocket usually stays more active, but fatter as the end result..thanx, Bobby Garris

I believe the Zillow ratings help tremendously more then the others. Perhaps could be location of the ratings or color I don't knows.. So many Calls from my Zillow act much more then Realtor. So my vote Zillow with ratings... Hope this helps.

I personally don't see it as competition but more so counterparts. The client will typically choose who they want when they want in most cases. We all work together as each one of us, teach one ,until we shall be one if not already.. I would like the pay but honestly if it was just me having...

I would like the pay but honestly if it was just me having every listing and sale then that just takes all the fun out in it.. haha.. But no to competition and yes to more so teamwork. Positive thinking not negative thinking ... and all of us need to be thinking of winning! :)
Im firm believer in quality of work being done along with being trustworthy especially these days means everything. Discounts are Ofcourse always good to the consumer but its even better once hired and say your gonna be a day late on a job or you under budgeted a project depending the job taken....

Dont ask for more money as in my field see everyday and it drove me nuts to see plus if projected no need for as to why contractors have bad names. They bid low to get the job and rip the clients off. So clients will see you I underbid and you can even tell em but tell em if affordable you will take care of it as a discount for your error etc. Your respect level just went up 100% AMD prolly will get the neighbor next to call you for job. Not that they want an underbid but you are honest and is same as a discount to the extent. That was me reason I now am also a contractor and with being a realtor do a pay at close option where they dont even pay me for a remodel until I sell the home. Gives the client security and again more trust itself. Now with advertisement I am very strong believer it works as I do tons of it. Im on shopping carts, magazines and bowling alleys etc. I spend to much probably but get return so works for me. I even wrapped all my vehicles, trailers and jetskis with mg brand all over em. More people see more they get curios and phone rings. So both work and this is just how I do business and think about what you asked but definitely advertise and get your name out there .
