My husband Chad started making cheesecakes 20+ years ago and they were delicious. Friends and family like started asking for cheesecakes especially around birthdays and holidays. Almost 6 years ago my father passed away and absolutely loved Chad‘s Cheesecake and that’s how our venture began. I started making Chad‘s cheesecake recipe and mason jars and selling them off of Facebook I would then take a portion of the profits and donate them to the lung cancer alliance in honor of our angel Terry Adams who we lost in December 2016 to lung cancer. From there we just kept getting more popular I picked up some restaurants grocery stores and customers which let me to open my first location. Since the opening of the first location and Willowbrook Illinois we grew and were able to open a second location in downtown LaGrange. With Lagrange being a larger space were able to grow our customer and our wholesale base
