We have seen the importance of  in person learning. Private online tutoring has been decent  for Middle School  and High School students especially as a supplement to in person tutoring.    However, for grade school students and students with IEPs the in person learning model is very important.  
Another important focus is on matching up young people with tutors that they connect with. It is not only about having students with qualified tutors that can teach.  It is  about building consistent habits. This happens when students make connections. They make more of a commitment to their education.
