A Local Family Business with Strong Roots in the Community.

Founded in 1988, Accent Music has deep roots in the music business. My father, Don Harkey, and I started Accent Music in order to provide a resource to musicians in Delaware and Philly. We wanted to supply leading brands, great service and low prices in a family-friendly atmosphere.

27 years later, Accent Music has become one of the nation’s top 150 retailers! We have a reputation for serving the community well with full service on all the products we sell. We have a passion for delivering the highest quality products and services to all levels of players - from beginner to professional.

We know music educators play a crucial role in the next generation of musicians. Our full-service Instrument Rental Program helps many kids get started in music and we serve most of the public and private schools in our 4 state region. We recognize the needs of worship leaders in the community, so we offer sound system equipment and support. Local bands and musicians know they can count on us to have the best prices on the gear they need, and to know them by name when they come in the store.

An important part of the Accent Music is the School of Contemporary Music. This educational facility houses a 150 seat theater with Rock School, Recording Studio and School, 3 band rehearsal areas, 20 private teaching studios with more than 40 teachers and provides the Delaware community with private lessons on most musical instruments including voice. Our students have gone on to schools like Berklee and Philadelphia College of the Performing Arts. The School of Contemporary Music is a community of musicians where students, teachers and families are committed to learning about, promoting and experiencing music together.

Accent Music wouldn't be complete without the Full-Service Repair Facility for guitars, electronics and band instruments. We have long-term associations with the most advanced electronic technicians and guitar repair luthiers in the region. This assures you some of the highest quality repair service in the industry. Our in-house repair facility provides full service on woodwind, brasswind and orchestral string instruments.

We hope you can see how passionate we are about giving the best to our local musicians and that we accept the responsibility of really caring for our customers. Thank you for visiting our website. We hope you join those who say “I got it at Accent.”

Thank you,
Steve Harkey

That includes keyword research, SEO, copy writing, and all with a deep and strategic understanding of how Amazon works.  I have used UpWork to find freelancers that you can interview for the job.  You could pay more for special expertise.  Also for pictures, I have used a local photographer for about $175 per product.

Are you selling a product brand that is widely available where the prospect can purchase it from someone else at a lower price? We created our own brand name product which is only available from us so now we can differentiate our product from the rest enabling us to present the features and benefits that are only available with our brand. If you are selling a service then you need to differentiate your offering so the customer understands why your service and company brings more value to the table. Here is a helpful link to a blog that explains some steps and techniques in dealing with the price objection. https://blog.hubspot.com/sales/price-objection-res...
