We are in a market consisting of a majority 70+. So for us personal referrals is key. Old school advertising in the local money saver type magazine is our 2nd largest draw. We do not allow employees to use cell phones at work. The customer expects to be their number one priority. Also no phone while driving, which means no calls between jobs either. WORK IS WORK.
