I own a commissary here in Las Vegas. We house 40+ trucks. Not sure what amenities you have but we charge $175 a week which includes gated facility parking with electrical hookup. Use of prep area (3 comp sinks and work tables) grey water dump, Fryer oil dump and wash station.
