How We Got Started
Have had many, many years of being in the service business. Frank owned a automotive custom service shop in Decatur, Suzanne owned a full service salon in Duluth both in service for years. We decided we wanted to do something together so we went into this business of service in 2001. We love our work & customers.

Two suggestions that work for us. We do direct mail with post cards picking the communities we would like to service. Next we find if they have a publication that the residents receive & place an ad in it. Doing this "consistently" is the key. Do this every month for at least a year & you will...

We have tried MOST types of advertising. Word of mouth is always good but doesn't drive the amount of customers needed every week or month. I have found the best for us has been direct mail, delivered right to the customers mailbox. You must be consistent in mailing. We choose subdivisions...
