She has created over 10 cross cultural dance fitness trademarked programs, that are available as Educator Certifications in the forms of Licenses. They were developed over 12 years of mobile dance and fitness services that she instructed all ages, and communities across Manitoba. These programs are the first of their kind, and are available to recreation centres, dance studios and more. Difinity Dance certified Educators are available for bookings across Manitoba. Stephanie is a Certified Grumbacher acrylic painting & drawing Instructor who has taught multiple age groups therapeutic arts programming. She specializes in ultra violet, mixed media murals and sculpture installations. She is also a retired Certified Temporary Tattoo & Face Painting Entertainer & Caricaturist with over 6 years experience in corporate events, grads, birthday parties and more. She currently provides arts related human resources and entrepreneurship skills based education through her consulting services to arts and culture organisations in the form of workshops, webinars, and conferences.

She is the Artistic Director and Founding Board Member of Manitoba's first non profit organisation dedicated to increasing accessibility to inclusive dance education to individuals and families who experience barriers due to income and disability.

Stephanie is a person with a learning and physical disability who grew up in small towns in Manitoba. As a naturally gifted dancer and visual artist she had limited access to artistic education growing up, but was a natural entrepreneur. She began selling her artwork and winning local art contests in elementary school and new it was the career she desired to pursue as an adult. At 19 she founded Difinity Dance with the goal of providing free dance education to inner city kids in Winnipeg, and rural Manitoba. After years of collaboration with not for profits to provide these services she established Difinity Dance as a sole proprietorship to increase accessibility to its services for more age groups, and areas with limited access to dance education. In 2019 she formed DIFIE Inc. so that Difinity Dance work could be fully realized in the form of a non profit dedicated to providing inclusive dance education to person's of all ages as accredited, trademarked programs.
