About Us
Central Window Sales, Inc. (CWS) was founded in 1963 by N.C. Eckelberry “Carl” to manufacture high quality windows and doors. Since that time Carl has passed on and his son, John Eckelberry and his granddaughter Jenna E. O’Ferrell have taken CWS into many other avenues of the construction industry. CWS now deals with numerous window, door and hardware manufacturers to guarantee a perfect design for every application. This includes residential and commercial products needed to finalize any size project with a successful completion.

Good question. I think that many people feel if they don't pay attention "to the problem" it will magically disappear or take care of itself. Deep down they know they will have to deal with it sooner or later. Unfortunately this thinking then leads the customer to higher costs due to more repairs down the road. If you don't think about it - it doesn't exist. Out of sight out of mind becomes the motto. Then when the air conditioner breaks or the windows leak then it becomes "OUR" problem - and they are no longer to blame (haha). Human nature in most cases.

This is in response to John Marshall from Marshall Bld Maintenance. I am very discouraged by your post and find it quite discriminating against those who have mental/physical challenges. Have you ever hired someone that is labeled "handicapped?". The majority of "disabled" workers are hard working, trust worthy and dependable. Working in the special needs field for over 25 years I had the incredible opportunity to place adult workers into jobs and see not only the employer thrilled but also those co-workers who created a positive working environment for the individual with different needs. I hope you can re-visit your thinking.
