About Us
Bill Westervelt has been doing asphalt paving since 1973, still active on every job and is joined with grandson Dylan and daughter Pam creating a strong team . We pride ourselves on being imagineers not just engineers which translates to looking for the most practical and cost effective method to accomplish the owners needs.
How We Got Started
Bill Westervelt started a driveway paving business with just a $2000 investment to buy his first equipment and the business now owns over 50 pieces of paving related equipment as well as a fleet of snow removal equipment under the “SnowFighters” business name. Moving into Raritan Center in 1983 gave us a tremendous opportunity to grow the business.

I am thankful that we have been able to work and early on provided proper PPE, resulting in no employees COVID sick this year. Our business did great as many of the locations were vacant early this year and enabled us total access to do our asphalt paving without disturbing our clients. The only downside is the government incentives given workers has made it impossible to find new employees. Stay at home and collect near $1000 per week.
