Wow...again nobody is giving this question a good answer...here it is....honesty is best, always is.  Explain to your client that you spend money upfront to market your home,give them a run down of everything you will do on that listing, from every way you advertise (it better be good)to how you... (more) Wow...again nobody is giving this question a good answer...here it is....honesty is best, always is.  Explain to your client that you spend money upfront to market your home,give them a run down of everything you will do on that listing, from every way you advertise (it better be good)to how you will handle appointments, keep in touch, and finally negotiating the deal. This sounds like your worth the 6%...doesn’t it? Instead of just putting a for sale sign and hope for the best?? By the way...here in Toronto we do all this and more for a total of 3-5%...yikes!  Swing for the fences

You need more business? Word of mouth and referrals... how do I get them??? Hopefully you’ve done at least one or two deals, you have better gave those deals your 100% attention to your client, if u did, they loved it and told their friend, you have to follow through with the clients...always try... Also, you need to talk to other people about what you do and when you finished talking, leave them with an item of value...say like a pen or key chain...something simple with your contact info of course. Your hearing the same answers...go knock on doors in your area you farm, leave them with an item of value...ask for permission to send them info every month, place some adds in local papers,post other agents listings on Facebook( add boost) send out flyers in your farm area and find a bench add...
