Hosting events are probably the most effective way of advertising because a press release that may at times be followed up by an interview is much more impactful than a paid ad. My advertising is consistent throughout the good times and the slow times . Cell phones should be turned off in meetings. It is distracting to the others attending a meeting and disrespectful to the moderator if cell phones are ringing or buzzing.  If a situation arises that prevents a person from adhering to this they should think twice about attending the meeting and... Creating rooms that clients look forward to coming home to at the end of the day.
