Hosting events are probably the most effective way of advertising because a press release that may at times be followed up by an interview is much more impactful than a paid ad. If you do this in conjunction with Facebook and additional social media the reach increases tremendously.

My advertising is consistent throughout the good times and the slow times . When business is slow I pick up the phone and reach out on a personal level.

Cell phones should be turned off in meetings. It is distracting to the others attending a meeting and disrespectful to the moderator if cell phones are ringing or buzzing.
If a situation arises that prevents a person from adhering to this they should think twice about attending the meeting and...
