About Us

Secoya Health specializes in cutting-edge natural and alternative healthcare. Even a decade ago, when the thought of probiotics, vitamin D supplements and low/no-grain diets had little to no presence in mainstream discussions, our team was busy creating a progressive and holistic natural health clinic.

Dr. Schilling, learning from his years of experience with cutting-edge therapies and treatments, he developed a unique, highly-effective and user-friendly program termed the 3R Program (refuel, recharge and regenerate) to help his patients obtain positive and healthy changes in their health.

3R Program-

-Refuel-
Much like our cars need the proper fuel to run, our bodies need the right nutrients to reach optimal health. The very first step in our 3R Program is to refuel with the essential nutrients needed to maintain a healthy and vibrant body.

The 3R Program, developed after more than a decade of research and clinical experience, is a simple, yet effective protocol that assists the body into the desired state of regeneration, starting first with nutrition.

Our bodies are made of the very earth we live on (proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals); these are the building blocks of life. Modern lifestyles have greatly decreased our access to these essential nutrients causing a barrier for many in reaching and maintaining their desired health. While this is cause for concern, the good news is you can still access these nutrients through proper supplementation. We understand that it can be overwhelming to sift through the vast amount of information out there on nutrition and supplementation. With Dr. Schilling as your guide, "refueling" is simple and straightforward.

-Recharge-
Magnetic fields surround every living thing in our world, so it's no surprise that the strength of this energy field is directly related to our health and well-being. The stronger our magnetic field, the more "recharged" we feel and the faster we are able to heal. The ability to recharge the body through Pulsed Magnetics is the missing link in most wellness programs, which is why our 3R program is so uniquely effective.

-Regenerate-
Continual regeneration is key to living a vibrant and healthy life. The two essential components of regeneration are "fuel" and "energy"; if these needs are being met our body will create new healthy cells each and every day.
We must maintain a clean working environment in order for the body to continually regenerate. By "clean" we are referring to the process of detoxification. This word has become a household term in the past two decades and with good reason. Many people have accumulated far too many industrial toxins due to our modern environment and nutritional habits. Our 3R Program teaches patients how to incorporate simple detoxification protocols into their daily lifestyle in order for the body to continually regenerate.

It would be wise to consider every aspect of your 'ideal customer' including: gender, age range, education level, income level, marital status, home ownership, etc. The more specific you can be the greater ability you will have to convert those individuals who are looking for your offering. The day and age of the 'spray and pray' method of marketing is gone by in large. You could consider utilizing services such as google adwords, facebook, youtube, instagram, etc. to take full advantage of their algorithms which permit you to laser focus your aim on those people who are searching for your product or service. This will help you to avoid wasting time and money on giving impressions of your offering to consumers who are not interested in it. Best of luck!

You never know who might need your product or service and be unaware you can solve their problem/issue. In the event that someone says "no", it does not me no forever. Rather it means "no" right now. In any engagement in life, sales especially, consider yourself a farmer who is planting seeds in the minds of people. You never know when a new opportunity will sprout up. If you are focused on providing a solution to the person's challenge you can always feel good about what you are doing regardless of whether they take action during that particular encounter.
