"My massage by Mindy was fabulous! I wanted to relax, reconnect and ground plus have some extra "dig" in my shoulders. She was amazing! It's like her hands knew exactly what was wrong and how to take care of it. Thank you Mindy for opening up my rhomboids & shoulders so I can work again. "

No, that is part of operating costs. It is nice however, for the client to understand that we do have extra fees they never know about. Overhead is overhead.

Yelp needs to understand as a Business Owner we have a responsibility to keep our reputations clean, comments free of harassment and outrageous claims. We need to be able to handle our own accounts and what they look like, change address and other pertinent information without having to "chew out" Yelp staff to do things or to PAY Yelp to address these situations.
We should be given the opportunity to do our own marketing and clean our own "house". If we "choose" for Yelp to do our marketing for us then yes, we should pay Yelp for that service; otherwise, the business owner should be taking care of all these duties.
I left Yelp a few years ago (deleted EVERYTHING) because of these issues. I am hoping Yelp has changed a few things and IF NOT, I have no reserve about leaving again!
I think Yelp has the "potential" to being a good service provider but they really need to work on their customer service to the business owners.
Yelp can make their money like other websites and charge for advertising on their site instead of backing the business owner into the corner and holding a gun in our faces. Quit "FORCING" us to pay you for things that should be free.
I have also had competitors write bad reviews for my business and these people never came to see me. These where not even my clients! Yelp said there was nothing they could do. There is a lot they can do; first is to quit denying there is a problem and secondly, quit being lazy.
