About Us
we developed a collagen soft chew for pets with the intention of helping pets lead a healthy life and potentially avoid joint stiffness that can lead to osteoarthritis. Our product has larger amounts of key ingredients ,Porcine Collagen 500mg,Glucosamine 250mg, Chondroitin 160mg, Turmeric 300mg, Omega3 182mg, and key vitamins . Research shows humans and pets produce less vital collagen as we age and collagen is the glue that keeps our joints, tendons ,bones, cartilage and skin in optimal condition .
How We Got Started
I was introduced to a company that makes collagen powder for humans and pets. While acting as a consultant my research showed collagen is a very important protein allowing for healthy skin.bones, joints, tendons and cartilage. Consumers were just starting to learn the benefits of collagen and collagen was growing over 30% a year and the pet world hadn't even caught on to offering collagen supplements. We wanted a soft chew that is easy for pet to take and helps get at the root of pets joint problems, poor skin structure, weak bones , lack of cartilage etc. In addition I wanted a brand name that would be catchy and we coined our brand "Don't Let The Old In" which was inspired by Clint Eastwood's line "I just don't let the old man in". The brand and the product our centered around keeping a pet happy and healthy and a long life.

I personally love entrepreneurs hearing their stories of the business origins and what makes their product or shop unique and of course as part of it becomes why I would or should want to buy something.

To me diet is most critical as we allowed ourselves to be bombarded with high sodium and sugar causing obesity and all kinds of health problem lack of exercise looks like the next big culprit for good health especially with the young who get wrapped up in technology for education social and recreation a discipline to intervene will be key to turn this trend around as always the old standbys everything in moderation should be a big help in contributing to good health healthy sleep is very important one would think a balance of exercise in ones daily routine would bring on natural good sleep however stress plays a roll as a deamon that throws a real monkey wrench into being healthy on so many levels. Finally I would try to reduce dependence on medicine for every malady that occurs. Hopefully just healthier living will naturally reduce our dependence on drugs
