Hi Nadia,  I would try running ads on Facebook.  YouTube is a great resource if you need to learn how to create a Facebook ad.  There's dozens of Facebook Groups for writers that you could join and offer valuable content to the members of the group that could ultimately turn into leads for your business.  

If you have the budget, you could hire a digital marketing firm that will send you leads via social media and search engine traffic.  Make sure you have a Google My Business page so your business comes up locally on google.  I hope that helps. : )
