I.D.M. Medical Gas Company has been in business for over 60 years. We supply medical gases as well as medical gas piping services the NYC/ Northern NJ area. We also supplied specialty gases such as lung diffusion gases and blood gas mixtures. We also work on medical gas piping projects whether it's to add to an existing system or new construction. The one aspect of our business that is far above our competition is our customer service. We offer 24 hour emergency service 365 days a year as well as guaranteed next day delivery on all in-stock products. Everyone of our customers is treated with the same professionalism and urgency regardless of their size. Every customer has been a true partner in our success and we have been a vital partner in their success.

How We Got Started

I.D.M. Medical originated as a oxygen service company suppling exclusively Police departments. We manufactured a hard sided oxygen set up that could be portable and easy to use while being durable enough to protect the equipment from damage. Since then, we have continued to supply this case in more up to date styles and have trademarked the "LIFEBOX" name.

In my type of business, I feel the best way to obtain new customers is to exhibit at industry trade shows and conventions. I can answer that in one word "service". I.D.M. Medical has built its business on the principle that anyone can sell gas, but not everyone has adedicated staff commited to providing a level of customer service unmatched by our competitors.
