About Us

Independent: We have multiple carriers in multiple states, and continue to look for better products to add to our portfolio.

Personal: No more 1-800 numbers to nowhere, unanswered questions or bouncing from department to department.

Flexible: Health and Life Insurance aren't a one-size-fits-all approach, so we have very flexible solutions for just about any need and budget.

How We Got Started

I was in the corporate world for many years. Ironically, it was my health issues which forced me into becoming a Health / Life Insurance agent. My wife had already been selling health insurance for several years. I joined her and we shortly thereafter created Kincaid Solutions and created our own portfolio.

We experienced what many of our clients did before we stepped in: Ridiculous premiums, exorbitant deductibles, and lousy customer service. We set out to change that. The fact that we are now licensed in 24 states (about to add a 25th) and almost all of our clients are from referrals, testifies to the fact we are winning the war on health insurance.

But our industry--health insurance--has gone through so many changes over the last several years. Products have come and gone. Carriers have been shuffled or even sold. Customer service is at an all-time low from carriers. Add to that skyrocketing healthcare costs, over-prescription of meds, and unneeded tests, labs, and procedures, and the industry looks little like it did say a decade ago.

Instead, big tech, be pharma, and big box retailers are favored and even coddled. It is duplicitous for them to rail against the one percenters, yet they prop them higher and higher with every moronic economic decision.  The average IRS Agent makes $51,430. Multiply that by 87,000 is $4.74 Billion. That doesn't include the additional costs of benefits, space, equipment, supplies, per-diems, etc. We are probably looking at double that $4.74 Billion in all reality. So, they would have to find over $9 Billion in tax revenue, just to break even!

Vote Red.

June, I am so sorry to hear about your business being so adversely affected. You've probably heard the saying, "Once a Marine, always a Marine." I happen to think the same thing can be said about entrepreneurs. You had a dream and saw it come true. You woke up one day and the dream ended.... I even attended a 12 hour personal improvement training session via Zoom last Saturday. Trust me, I CAN'T WAIT for f2f meetings to become a thing again, but I think I will keep my client communications virtually even when that happens. It is far more convenient and streamlined than f2f meetings.

With what I've read, it seems like I am with the majority on this. Lockdowns are far more harmful than good. Leave us the heck alone and we will rebuild the economy one entrepreneur at a time!
