What form of advertising has worked best for you and given you the best return?

Our best form of advertising has always been our happy clients. Billboards are great, Radio is awesome, and Facebook/Google Ads are excellent, but nothing competes with a happy client that is treated well, not taken advantage of and knows that we are always here to help them, no matter what the question or task.

As a web designer, I concur with this! However.... it's great to have an effective web presence and makes it easier for people to refer us in the mediums they use most to refer their favorite businesses (social media and text!) People still look up the website for referred business and trust can be lost if a website is either not found, or found to be sub-par.
