Both. While online shopping has brought us greater recognition, people only see price. If they see "store A" selling a chair for $99, they wonder why we might sell a similar chair for twice the price without realizing that many of the "big box" office stores are selling lower grade items. We...

If they see "store A" selling a chair for $99, they wonder why we might sell a similar chair for twice the price without realizing that many of the "big box" office stores are selling lower grade items. We sell commercial grade which will last years, and provide the service and reliability is not so common.
