Our ideal customers are small businesses or startups seeking organizational direction such as process improvement or structural optimization. We offer six sigma black belt certification in process improvements. We also enjoy working with individuals to improve their business skills with personal coaching and goal setting. Our background is extensive in mid and senior level corporate management.

How We Got Started

After a combined 50+ years in corporate America and the military, my husband and I decided to take our combined skills on the road so to speak, and offer them to those who could use them the most given our previous experience.

Combined diverse corporate and military experience puts us in a position of being able to attack problems in a very unique way. We come up with solutions that are different than anyone else, and they generally are the perfect solutions, because we know how to listen, we know how to think out of the box, and we check to make sure the solutions are working and advise on the tweaks that need to be made to fix things, if there are any.
