We have been in business for over 18 years and we are a warranty center for some of your name brands such as Jacuzzi Whirlpool, Sundance, Jacuzzi Spas, Hot Springs, Premium Leisure, Dynasty just to name a few. I usually tell the customer we are experienced, reliable and dependable in the spa and jetted bathtub area and we have a numerous amount of referrals. I understand that they maybe quoted a lower price but I warn them to check out the company and their reputation, I also warn them about looking at the warranty and make sure they are not getting ripped off. Then it is up to the customer. I can not blame them for wanting to save a dollar or two. and tell them if they need us just give us a call.
I couldn't say it better than Phil Friedman, that price and quality come hand in hand. who wants to pay a low cost and get poor workmanship. I used to take my vehicle to your shop years ago, when the quality of your workmanship was excellent but unfortunately had to move on to another facility...
