How do you handle design clients or websites who haven't paid you according to your terms?

Hi Tara,
Seems you have received some great feedback. We usually do 75% deposits and 25% when the website is complete but have also done payment plans with 50% deposit, 25% when the layout is approved and 25% upon completion. I hope that you were able to find a solution and that all worked out for the best.
