We have been in Orange County for over 30 years however we moved to Anaheim about 8 years ago. We service a pretty big area, we custom engrave on mostly glass and crystal products. ALL CUSTOM WORK!

That way all of us Mom and pops shops would have gotten the money. The only loan we applied for was the CARE...I didn't think about it until much later that we should applied for the PPP. Oh well it's done. I hope that we get to open up soon.
Applied for the CARE Act haven't heard anything yet. Starting to get antsy and we were on a roll! Didn't apply through bank and I didn't think to ask our credit union. Hang in there Guys!!

I feel like our uniqueness caters to either generation. I know when we had our retail store and had more trinkets and crystal items and collectibles that the older generation was more drawn to that but over time...the younger generation may not like or want those things. I get several calls a day...

I get several calls a day to find out how to sell or who will buy it from me (customer says this). Customer Service is a biggie too! I think you can sell your items based on listening to the needs of your customer be it in the item itself or price point, connection to customer and putting your best foot forward. Customer Service is very important to me as I am a consumer myself! We rely on word of mouth for repeat business!
I would say it's better to have something on your website. Everyone has a budget. Not only that it opens to the conversations to deals that you can make...being flexible helps.

We don't market. I rely solely on doing a GREAT JOB and letting our work speak for itself. Customer Service is HUGE...so it's important to listen to the customer and make it all come to LIFE. Everything is word of mouth.
