This may not tbe the platform, but I have 11 merchants, to date, that have had Harbor Touch raise their rates arbitrarily over the last 2 years. They're locked in to a 48 month contract based on their "Free POS system" which was buried within the contract and not explained by the sales representative. I personally have sold the Clover station to which affords greater affordability and even greater functionality. Just my two cents....
