We are a full service real estate and Association Management company. We specialize in the managing of Condominium and timeshare association management in Angel Fire.
How We Got Started
We started out as Resort Properties of Angel Fire in 2006. By 2018, the company had blossomed into a little more than we could handle with also taking care of aging parents in Atlanta, GA and Farmington, NM.
We split off Resort Properties to a fabulous couple, Owen and Maria Curry, who bring the same small business touch with new ideas and awesome energy. We know our Resort Properties Family is in good hands.
Michael and I retained the Real Estate and Association Departments of our business and received permission to call it, Four Seasons of Angel Fire, which was the name of the very first Property Management company in Angel Fire, New Mexico!

Making a difference and enhancing someone’s life for the better than it was before I “bumped” into them is a strong motivator for me in life and work.
Very important. When appealing to guest you want to book, I believe they want to know three things: Where do I stay, Where do I eat, and What can I do once I am there. Pictures in advertising along with inclusive packages that answer those three questions will increase bookings.

We have been using Ring Central for over a year and love it. Easy to use and easy to monitor. Has a very easy dashboard to operate and is a Voip system that fits our budget.
Currently looking at an app for our housekeepers to promote alittle more tipping to them. Haven't instituted it. ...

The most common mistake is not to be continuously looking for ways to streamline their business practices. The great news is nobody needs to constantly reinvent the wheel.

Agents may already have someone they like and is dependable. However, we all like backup names for referrals. If our favorite contractor is that good, they get busy too!
Go in to the real estate offices personally, after calling and at least leave your card and a note saying...

Go in to the real estate offices personally, after calling and at least leave your card and a note saying that you would like to work with the agents. Leave your info for each agent or who you want to work with. You can also ask the Qualifying Broker to hand out your info at their next office meeting.
I like people who hustle like I do, and like to refer the same.
