The sartorious is the longest muscle in the human body. I was asleep one night and had a sharp pain on right thigh. It was a pain similar to a charlie horse in the calves but this was the sharpest, hard pain I had ever felt. The seizure of muscle pain lasted for what seemed like forever (three minutes) and then it left. The next morning I awoke to research this muscle only to find it's Latin name and derivation. The word sartorious comes from the Latin word sartorial like a tailor. The tailor carries around a tape measure and that is the shape of the sartorious muscle as it wraps around the thigh and attaches to leg muscle. That pain is one I never want to feel again. You know it's a long muscle because the nerves take it all pain reception in the event of it being triggered. Just remember to breathe deeply if you ever have that muscle and nerve pain triggered in the sartorious muscle in either leg.

My mission is to simply frame a person, product, architecture, food or abstract concept in the frame of my camera in such a defined way that the image WILL NOT be forgotten. The photographic artistry that I have been tasked with previously has allowed me to tell a number of stories and make concepts a virtual reality for others to celebrate. With photography there is much competition in the marketplace but those people that love a great image will continue to support the work of artists like me. Seeing is an opportunity to want more!
