It is hard to train them, because my job is not teaching mine is provide my services. Focus in your big picture, measure your cost and benefits, in money and time, and hire a specialist. I use SAGE ONE also a new way that the future claims now.
It depends on your Industry. My recommendation is SAGE ONE, but IRS say: manage your software does not mean you know about accounting. Hire a professional to review later if you cannot pay now for our services.
