Hi, great question! You should always be asking for testimonials from your current customers that way you can share these with your leads. Building relationships with your current customers will help generate more referrals for your company. Little tokens of appreciation like handwritten thank you notes, etc. go a long way and are the first step in building up that relationship with your current customer base. Most companies give some sort of incentive for giving them referrals, like money off of a service if the referral books so that is something for you to do as well.

If anyone is interested, I would recommend the Give'Em the Pickle book or video by Bob Farrell. It really puts customer service into perspective for a business.

I would stick with outsourcing HR until you have at least 20 people on staff, or until you feel like you need someone in the building full time to deal with any HR related issue.
