We are still operating. We have special Civid-19 safety protocols for entering and inspecting homes. We are doing virtual inspection reviews with the buying agent and homebuyer. Open houses appear to do best when the home first hits the market i.e. first two or three weeks. Make sure that the home shows at it's very best during this period. Also make sure that you get on the realtors home tour route if at all possible. Last thing pre-open house contact all the possible... Two things I’ve heard from other agents are: New homebuyer seminars. Also one agent says that when she sells a home in a neighborhood that she goes door to door to speak to other homeowners that may want to sell. Just some things I’ve heard discussed.
