I HAVE HAD GREAT SUCCESS WITH AN APP CALLED THUMBTACK. ALSO HAVE USED GOOGLE TO A LESSER DEGREE.

Frankly my business does little promotion for the holiday season. The only thing we do is send out a checklist of tax items for their tax return prep and a card wishing them a happy holiday and a prosperous new year.!!!

I do a variety of things such recognize Bithdays with small party Give Birthday person a optional Day off . Have lunch brought in when we have met quarterly goals. I think the most important thing listening to each employee and seeing what's important to them and tailor your responses and action...
