Land Banking Opportunities
Have you ever wondered who owned the land first when you see it being developed?
I always thought they were "lucky"... but really they were smart!
Owning the land ahead of development is called Land Banking!
Pre-developed raw land is how people who are intentional grow their personal and generational wealth! It doesn't require permits, curbs, consolidators or anything other than owning it and paying your taxes.
Did you know you can use your money in your Traditional or Roth IRA to buy land? It requires you to move it into a Self-Directed IRA and from there you can purchase the land. ALL fees and taxes MUST come out of your Self-Directed IRA.
