I have been poviding my clients an entertainment book at the closing table.. This has been well RECEIVED... I have also invited them to go out to supper with my wife at a place where we both have coupons. We eat basically for 1/2 price and I spring for the meal.. Tax deductible and REALLY solidifes the relationship.
