First of all, be sure to listen to all of your customer feedback. Most of it, you will want to take action on if it's negative. Even if a customer is unhappy, they typically appreciate being heard and will give you a chance to make it right. Remember that the customer will share their experience either way. Make sure you do all that you can to give them a good story to share. :)
