I will never be using AI in my profession, which I don't consider a business! I believe AI would cause great harm when used for the diagnosis and treatment for mental health. I also object to it for any creative writing. AI is a menace, in my opinion.
I use AI to help with content creation for my websites, SEO for my YouTube channel, and create images for the backdrop of my videos, thumbnails. I also use it to do research on different topics, suggested titles for ebooks, etc. I am a daily user of AI.
