Joseph Gerbofsky, owner of Serenus, wanted to bring Flotation Therapy and Talk Therapy together in an effort to improve positive outcomes, this combo would allow for true "me time" and provide clients to perform deep introspection after talk therapy during a Float, which would allow deeper understanding of oneself, improved mindfulness practices, and allow for the prefabrication of beliefs and perspectives conducive to improved control over ones thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
