It is always negotiable I usually charge 6% on the term of the lease. If I have worked with a client in the past I will charge less. Remember it is always negotiable lets discuss your situation. If you are looking to lease a space the fee is usually figured by the leasing agent so all you have to pay is the monthly lease and usually triple net.
