My favorite story is recent and from a client I worked with for one year. During our wrap( up as she changed from our final weekly sessions to as- needed- sessions ) she shared this

 "I came for you to tell me what to do and instead, you and I discovered what I needed to do together".  "Our work wasn't scripted".   "I came for one thing and grew is all these other areas too".  For me it just doesn't get better than this.
