Coldwell Banker Tugaw Realtors provides real estate services with offices in Brigham City and Tremonton, Utah.

We are community minded and support many of the activities in the surrounding areas including: Peach Days, the Box Elder County Fair, local schools, the Brigham City Fire Department open house and others. How We Got Started

The Brokerage was founded in 1980 by Ed Tugaw. At that time the brokerage was known as Tugaw & Associates Realtors. The Coldwell Banker franchise was acquired in 1993 and the business has been know as Coldwell Banker Tugaw Realtors from that time.

We are still listing homes with more virtual tours in addition to photos so buyers can get a better feel of the house before seeing in person.  We ask sellers to turn on all lights and open closets so there is little need to touch anything inside the home.  With that said, we are also using... (more) We are still listing homes with more virtual tours in addition to photos so buyers can get a better feel of the house before seeing in person.  We ask sellers to turn on all lights and open closets so there is little need to touch anything inside the home.  With that said, we are also using gloves and hand sanitizer.  I ask that the buyer's allow me to open any doors and turn lights on or off if need be.  We ask that only the decision makers attend showings.  Documents are mostly signed digitally with more communication over the phone to discuss terms and options.  All Realtors are advised to follow guidelines issued by the National Association of Realtors to protect clients and customers.  It's working and people are able to meet their needs and goals, just in a more sanitary way.
