We are still listing homes with more virtual tours in addition to photos so buyers can get a better feel of the house before seeing in person.  We ask sellers to turn on all lights and open closets so there is little need to touch anything inside the home.  With that said, we are also using gloves and hand sanitizer.  I ask that the buyer's allow me to open any doors and turn lights on or off if need be.  We ask that only the decision makers attend showings.  Documents are mostly signed digitally with more communication over the phone to discuss terms and options.  All Realtors are advised to follow guidelines issued by the National Association of Realtors to protect clients and customers.  It's working and people are able to meet their needs and goals, just in a more sanitary way.
