Thank you for providing this information.  I provide Payroll and Human Resource Services to clients so I have been updated on this since the original date of July 2019.  I wish the state would provide more guidance on the types of Contractors that are hired by Companies because there is still confusion relating to this to this day 09/28/19!  Also, Payroll companies should by now have updated their payroll software and reached out to their clients.  If Employers still have questions, they should reach out to them.  One more thing that you did not mention.  There is a PFML poster that is required to be displayed in an area that employees and contractors have easy access to.
