I second Ruth's comment. If you've chosen something you're really passionate about as your work, motivation is a given. I only get bogged a little with the parts of soloing I dislike. Subcontract them if possible, because there's probably another solo out there who's passionate about accounting and billing. Oh, and beverage dates with other solos for fun and support.
