Absolutely no reason to be discourteous. I'm also a Sr. Business Analyst (consultant) and if a recruiter calls at an inconvenient time, I always arrange to call back or re-connect at a mutually convenient time. You never know were that next job will come from:-)

Totally relevant for me. I'm an extremely active networker and very key for me. I write a small note on the back of the card so I can connect later.

Travel Agent for us. I've used the same agent for a lot of years (across different companies, no less). Keeps things simple :-) Any extra cost is made up via time saved.

I feel you need to not only be able to solve a problem they have, but one also needs to figure out a way to show your uniqueness to the market place.

Interesting question :-) Cannot be reached or cannot be reached in the time frame you've set? Smaller steps that are achievable (actionable), or perhaps a "pivot" that gets you there indirectly.

Yes - content/blogs is one way to drive traffic to your site. Also need to use other mechanisms (I use Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, for example, as a mechanism for re-directs). It can suck up time if you not careful. Pick your social media platforms carefully :-)

For me, I use Pinterest as a re-director to my website along w/Google for Business. In the middle of a "pivot", so still evaluating other mechanisms.

Yes - Like many, I look at quality before price. There are times, however, that I also need to consider getting the best that I can afford at the time to get the job done. One of the tougher ones for me, is finding something that could have potential, but simply out of the price range...
