It is important in estate planning to learn a client's family circumstances so that the designation of beneficiaries, agents, executors, successor trustees and the like are carefully tailored for the client. The client then feels comfortable in returning to keep the estate plan up to date.

You are spot on! I know many estate planners and all of these individuals I have worked with are genuine and caring. They really take the time to get to know their clients and it makes a solid impression!
