Quite another to get to know them good enough for them to trust and refer you. It takes time

The energy in the group matters a lot as well. up beat and making sure everyone is comfortable is the key. very few groups are like that.

I attend a lot of networking events through Meetup and meet realtors face to face and get to know them. I try to follow them on their social media sites (they mostly use Facebook and Instagram) and interact with their posts
